5–25 business days on average (customs/remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing

Orders handled within 1–3 business days after payment. No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking

Tracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes

6. Failed Deliveries

incorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

7. Delays
